For as long as I can remember, event planning, decorating and project management has always found it's way into my life and has always been my passion.


I am a mother, wife, business manager and entrepreneur who wanted to start a business where I could do what I love with the commitment to ensuring you have a memorable celebration no matter how big or small.

It is hard to describe the support, flexibility and efforts Amanda put towards our wedding day. From the first moment we met her we knew we didn’t need to look any further for a wedding day coordinator! We had a few meetings to discuss our ideas and things we had planned already, Amanda created a clear timeline from this. The week before our wedding we met to finalise all plans with her and go over decor and set up. Our main need for a coordinator was a change in venue during our wedding day, however, we didn’t know how much we would actually need her until our wedding day.

Rain, thunderstorms and tornado warnings didn’t even phase Amanda. As the bride I didn’t know of evacuation plans and discussions had with our vendors and wedding party “just incase”. Luckily no evacuations were needed, but I couldn’t believe how much was happening without knowing.

Our ceremony had to move indoors and Amanda had it set up so beautifully. Luckily my husband planned to get there early anyways and could check over the changes with her. She had everything set up in a way we couldn’t have even imagined.

Amanda set up our evening venue while we remained at our day venue. She moved decor and flowers without anyone noticing, causing no disruption to our guests. When we walked into our evening venue we were blown away. She complete transformed the bar into a romantic venue! It took our breath away when we walked in, our guests and the bartenders all commented on how lovely it looked.

Every vendor from the day individually commented on how great Amanda was to work with. The day after our when we reflected back we realised having Amanda for our wedding day was the best thing we did!

We used some of Amanda’s items for decor and she made signs for our seating plan, bar and welcome sign. The seating plan she made matched our gin themed table names, her creativity was absolutely amazing!

If it wasn’t for Amanda being 100 places at once, being organised and working so well with the rest of the team around us we don’t think our wedding day would have been as perfect as it was. She is absolutely amazing! Thanks so much for giving us the most wonderful wedding day, we could never thank you enough!

My husband and I hired Amanda to help organize our wedding at Quayle’s Brewery. Without her help the day would not have gone as smoothly as it did! We had accidentally forgot two guests and by the time we noticed, Amanda had already found them seats and organized their meals! She is truly amazing! I love event planning, and I loved planning the wedding, but there are so many things that come up last minute that can stress you out. Let me start off by saying that Amanda was an absolute lifesaver on our wedding day. If it wasn’t for her, we would have never gotten the wedding of our dreams. She was amazing to work with from the very beginning and her communication prior to the big day was excellent. She would always check in with me monthly to make sure I was still on track with the planning process. As soon as I met Amanda in person, I knew I had made the best decision for us and our wedding day. She is very organized and knows exactly what she is doing and how a wedding day should run. She did so much behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly the entire day. We were able to fully enjoy the day and be completely present with our family and friends. Words cannot express how grateful I am for her. She was very accommodating with all my décor choices, and she really brought my vision to life! Everything was perfect and it’s all credited to her! She is honestly such an amazing, hardworking person and went up and above to help us achieve our perfect wedding. She truly cares and it shows! It was a day that we will never forget, and Amanda had a huge part in it, we couldn’t have done it without her!

Amanda provided set up and take down services as well as day of coordination for our wedding in Muskoka. Amanda was truly the most valuable player of the entire event. I truly could not have executed this without her. She is a highly skilled professional with a phenomenal eye for design. She is an expert at dealing with personalities and truly allows you to be a guest at your own wedding. It would be a big mistake if you passed up the opportunity to have her help you with this very important day!

Although I haven’t received my photos yet, I really wanted to write a review to let people know how much I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Amanda.

If it weren’t for her, our day wouldn’t have went anything like it did, nor as smooth as it did. If she wasn’t there to organize and decorate…I’m not sure who would have done it but I AM sure it wouldn’t have looked so good.

I can’t express enough the peace of mind it gave me - knowing she was there. She was excellent from beginning to end!!!
